| 摘 要： | 在实施管理者收购时，经理个人财富值会发生相应的变动，而任何理性的经理总是以是否有利于实现个人财富最大化作为制定其人力资本和货币资本投资决策的重要依据．通过财富模型的建立，揭示了收购过程中经理财富变动情况，从理论上分析了影响经理投资决策的重要变量之间的相互关系，并推导出经理最优的人力资本和货币资本投资决定式．

| Abstract: | In management buyouts, some changes happen to managers' wealth. To any rational managers, whether it is beneficial to maximizing their own wealth is always vital to the decision-making about their human resources and money investment. The proposed wealth model points out the alteration of managers' wealth; theoretically analyzes the relationship among those important variables that influence managers' decision-making, then deduces the expressions of managers' optimum human resources and money investment. |
