切削振动计算机仿真的数值方法

摘    要:以平面端铣为例,介绍了应用Runge-Kutta方法求解机床结构多自由度系统运动微分方程组仿真切削振动的公式和算法,数字仿真铣削强迫振动和自激振动的结果,与采用Simpson公式-快速券积-迭代法求解系统运动积分方程组仿真的结果非常接近,并与他人研究结论相符,实验证明了两种数值方法,尤其是后者的收敛,为它们用于切削振动计算机仿真的可行性提供了佐证。

Abstract:The mathematical formulas and arithmetic to numerically evaluate differential simultaneous equations of motion for 3D coupled multi degree of freedom system by applying Runge Kutta method in order to simulate,with computer cutting vibration for example in face milling with multiblade cutter are derived.Results of digital simulation of forced and self excited cutting vibration in face milling are good in accordance with that achieved by applying Simpson fast convolution iteration method to numerically evaluate integral simultaneous equations of motion and with investigation results of other researchers,which argues both methods,especially the latter,to be convergent and thus available as well as useful to computerized simulation of cutting vibration.
