摘    要:以硝酸银为前驱体,聚合物P(AA-co-HEA)为还原剂和稳定剂,采用液相化学还原法,制备了一系列分散性良好、尺寸可控、粒度分布均匀的纳米银。考察了聚合物的中和度、反应温度、P(AA-co-HEA)的化学组成及含量对纳米银粒子尺寸的影响;用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)等对纳米银复合溶胶的形态和组成进行了分析表征。抗菌测试结果表明,复合溶胶对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有较高的抑菌活性。

Abstract:A series of silver nanoparticles with good dispersion,controllable size and uniform size distribution were prepared by liquid phase reduction method with silver nitrate as precursor and P(AA-co-HEA) prepared in our laboratory as the stabilizing agent and reducing agent,respectively.The effects of neutralization degree of the copolymer,reaction temperature,composition and content of P(AA-co-HEA) on sizes of silver nanoparticles were investigated.The chemical composition and morphological structure of P(AA-co-HEA)/Ag nanocomposite sol were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),transmission electron microscope(TEM),and so on.The antibacterial experiments show that the as-prepared nanocomposite sol has excellent antibacterial activities both to Escherichia coli and Staphylococci aureus.
