甲醇脱氢合成甲酸甲酯的Cu—ZnO/SiO2催化剂

摘    要:研究了外界条件对Cu-ZnO/SiO2催化剂在甲醇脱氢合成甲酸甲酯反应中活性的影响,使用X射线粉末衍射法、红外光谱-程序升温热脱附法等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,还原前的Cu-ZnO/SiO2催化剂中只有CuO和ZnO物相,还原活化后的CuO-Zno/SiO2催化剂中,CuO被还原Cu,ZnO被部分地还原;催化剂表面只有L酸中心,没有B酸中心,甲醇的吸附发生在L酸中心上。

Abstract:The influence of external condition to the activity of the Cu-ZnO/SiO_2 catalysts in dehydrogenation of methanol to methyl formate has been studied. The characterization analysis for the catalyst has been conducted by means of X-ray diffraction, IR-TRD. The results indicate that there are only CuO and ZnO phases in Cu-ZnO/SiO_2 catalysts before reduction,copper oxide is reduced completely to copper after reduction activation, zinc oxide is partly reduced. There is only L acid ceter, no B acid ceter in the surface of the catalyst. The adsorption of methanol occurs at L acid center.
