| 摘 要： | 网络计费系统广泛应用于多种商业场所及教育教学单位的机房有偿开放管理，不同的使用场所系统的设计方案和安全措施也不尽相同．总体上可分为服务器端计费方式和客户端计费方式，文章针对客户端计费系统，用VB语言设计实现了局域网客户端上网计费系统。并分析了系统设计中的安全策略．

| Abstract: | The pay Computing Services Office billing system is widely used in lots of commercial fields including of didactical department, using which kinds of blue print to design system and secure strategy are different in different occasions. In a word,there are two kinds of fashions. One is adding up fee on the server, another is on the client. There aims at the system which add up fee on the client ,developed it using Visual Basic computer language ,and analyses secure strategy of the system which add up fee on the client. |
