Against the situation that the government invites public bids for purchasing basic medicines and based on the production cost of the pharmaceutical manufacturers or the production function is private, the paper, applying the hidden bid auction theory and mechanism design theory in Games theory, attempts to get the optimized trading mechanism for the bidding by setting up the Game＇ s model of the optimized auction mechanism for government＇ s basic medical purchasing, thus providing theoretic grounds and political supports for government＇ s price supervising sections steering the medical market.
