摘    要:针对水工砼工程实际中常常遇到张开型裂缝或缝内含有与砼和岩石不同导热介 质的材料,引入等效热导率,以确定热断裂解,即求解含缝体的温度场、应力场或应力强 度因子。等效热导率可用两块平行板,中间有不同厚度的间隔或不同的导热介质时的实 验量测而得。解析结果和实验结果吻合良好。对某实际工程的计算结果表明,由充满导 热介质的裂缝干扰稳定温度场而引起的应力强度因子远小于裂缝面绝热假定引起的应力 强度因子值。

Abstract:Empty cracks (filled with air) or cracks filled with different heat conductive materials from rock and concrete usually occur in the concrete of hydro--structures. An equivalent heat conductive coefficient is used for solving the thermal crack problem, i. e. temperature field, stress field or S. I. F.induced by cracks filled with air or soft materials.The equivalent heat conductive coefficient can be determined experimentally by using two parallel concrete (or rock) plates with various thickness of material placed qetween them. The comparison of analytic and experimental results shows a good agreement with each other. Calculation results for an engineering project show that S. I.F caused by the steady temperature field disturbed by crack filled with conductive materials is small in comparison with foe S. I. F induced by thermo--isolated surfaces of crack.
