摘    要:在大田干旱和遮雨塑料棚控制灌水量的盆栽试验条件下,测定了10个抗旱性不同的玉米自交系的产量,以及苗期和生育中期(大喇叭口期)的相对电导率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、光合速率、叶片相对含水量等生理指标.通过与抗旱系数的相关分析得出中期蒸腾速率是综合鉴定玉米抗旱性的最重要的指标,生育中期的相对电导率、相对含水量、叶片光合速率、气孔阻力是综合鉴定玉米抗旱性的有效指标.提出大喇叭口期是有效鉴定玉米抗旱性的关键时期.

Abstract:Ten maize inbred lines with different capabilities in drought resistance are evaluated for yield and physiological characters, and their relationships to drought resistance under water-stressed. The results are summarized as follows: the transpiration rate in middle growing stage is the most important index for evaluating the maize drought resistance; relative electricity conductance ratio, relative water contents, photosynthesis rate, Somatal water conservancy in middle growing stage are the effective indexes. We put forward that the middle growing stage of maize is the key stage for drought resistance evaluation.
