| Abstract: | Economic lever should be brought into its full play in order to promote utilization benefit of equipment and installations. We should conduct a way of laboratory management, adapting to the training plan. And we may build allied laboratories in cooperation with enterprises, The laboratory constraction will take on a new look so long as these measures are taken. |
