| 摘 要： | 自20世纪80年代早期开始，各行各业的企业战略联盟如雨后春笋般不断涌现，公司间合作也随之迅猛发展。企业通过建立相互之间的联盟关系，通过在产品、工艺、技术、研发、管理等多方面的合作，可以不断提升各自的能力，获取和培养企业的核心专长，提高自身的竞争力，使自己不断发展壮大。而战略联盟的生命因期则分为寻觅与选择阶段、明确目标阶段、边界确定阶段和创造关系价值阶段等四个阶段。

| Abstract: | The study of strategic alliance has become important to both academics and practitioners,because the alliance has become a widely used organizational form in most industries. Strategic alliances exist for a multitude of reasons that are seen in the paper. The stages of an alliance life cycle,as described by this study,include Search and Selection,Definition of Purpose,Boundary Setting,Value cycle. |
