城市快速交通线项目的最优票价与政府补偿

摘    要:基于乘客时间价值模型和交通运量的价格弹性模型 ,分别以“票款收入最大”和“在充分发挥项目运能前提下票款收入最大”为目标 ,构造了两种城市快速交通线项目最优票价模型 .在此基础上 ,提出了政府对城市快速交通线项目给予经济补偿的原则和补偿强度的测算方法 .

Abstract:In this paper, two optimal fare|pricing models are developed. One model is based on the passenger|time|value model, with the aim of maximizing receipts from charging fare. The other is based on the fare elasticity model, with the aim of maximizing receipts from charging fare in the prerequisite condition that the project operates in its full transport capacity. Furthermore, some principles are suggested, which government should abide by when urban rapid|transport line project needs economic compensation, and some measuring methods are developed for calculating government compensation amount.
