共建“中日韩”科技文献信息资源共享机制研究

为推进中日韩科技协作，本文列举了国际文献信息资源共享机制的例子，分析了共建“中日韩”科技文献平台-以“图们江”地区作为切入口文献信息资源共享的问题，提出了几点建议和对策措施。
