| 摘 要： | 创业环境是创业者及其企业生产、生存和发展的基础，是创业活动建立及成长的物理和社会空间。通过对许昌市创业环境进行分析，可知影响许昌市创业环境的主要因素为法律政策、经济因素、服务水平和智力支持，结合许昌市实际情况，提出进一步优化许昌市创业环境的策略：加强全民创业的氛围、完善支持创业政策、加大创业培训教育支持力度和强化创业平台。

| Abstract: | The foundation of entrepreneur and its production,survival,development is entrepreneurial en?vironment,and it is the physical and social space of the establishment and development of entrepreneurial activ?ity. Through analyzing the entrepreneurial environment in Xuchang,it was found that the major influencing fac?tors of Xuchang entrepreneurial environment were law policy,economic factors,service level and intellectual support. According to practical situation,the strategy of further optimizatingXuchang entrepreneurial was pro?posed in this paper:strengthening the national entrepreneurial atmosphere,perfectingpioneering-support poli?cy,increasing the support to venture training education and strengthening the entrepreneurial platform. |
