Opinions About Protection of Environment and Exploiture of Organic Food

To protect environment and exploit organic food is a new way of accelerating economic development. This article gave a brief view on the development situation and future perspectives of organic agriculture and organic food industry from international, national and Jiangxi provincial aspects. It indicated that economy developrment should coordinate with environmental protection and much attention should be payed to environmental protection as well as protection of ecological environment. It also analyzed the advantage of developing organic food industry of Jiangxi province according to the real situation of environment in Jiangxi province.
