混凝土板梁桥合理构造数值分析

摘    要:
为研究不同桥面板厚度和铰缝深度对混凝土板梁桥的刚度及受力性能的影响,建立了30组简支板梁ANSYS有限元数值模型,通过施加中载和边载,取有代表性的板厚和铰缝深度进行分析。分析结果表明,随着桥面板厚度的增加,板梁挠度及板梁底横向拉应力逐渐减小,铰缝内的横向拉应力和竖向剪应力逐渐减小;随着铰缝深度的加大,各板梁挠度差逐渐减小,板梁底横向拉应力逐渐增大,铰缝内的横向拉应力和竖向剪应力逐渐减小;并且随着桥面板厚度的增加,铰缝深度对板梁桥的刚度及受力性能的影响效果逐渐降低。最后,建议板梁桥设计采用薄板梁厚桥面板的结构形式,以提高结构的整体刚度和改善受力性能。

Abstract:
In order to study the effects of deck thickness and hinge depth on stiffness and mechanical behavior of concrete slab girder,30 groups of simply supported concrete slab girder finite element models were built in ANSYS. Analysis had been carried out on the models of representative deck thickness and hinge joint depth with centre load and side load applied.
