无源多路光纤旋转器的设计

摘    要:单通道光纤旋转连接器具有结构简单、重量轻和耦合损耗小的优点,但传输信号单一,不能双向传输的缺点限制了它的广泛应用,波分复用(DWDM)技术是一种比较先进且相对成熟的光纤通信技术,文中提出一种新型光纤旋转连接器,该旋转器应用DWDM技术中单纤双向传输技术,同时双向传输多路光信号,详细分析了这种旋转器的设计原理,经过计算,该旋转连接器总的插入损耗为8.5dB,隔离度在50dB以上,满足设计要求。

Abstract:Single channel fiber optic rotary joint has simple structure, small size and low optical losses, but the unidirectional transmission limits its wide applications. Dense wavelength division multiplexing(DWDM) is an advanced and mature fiber optic transmission technique. In this paper, a new passive multi-pass fiber optic rotary joint using DWDM technique is developed. The working principle of the fiber optic rotary joint is analyzed and the insertion loss of the system is calculated. The total insertion loss of system is 8.5 dB and the isolation is more than 50 dB, meeting the requirements of the designing.
