摘    要:基于弹性理论,借助通用有限元软件ANSYS模拟齿轮啮合过程的摩擦现象.对裂尖进行奇异化处理,分析摩擦系数及裂纹形状对裂纹尖端等效应力、裂纹尖端位移和应力强度因子的影响,修正齿轮应力强度因子公式.研究结果表明:同一裂纹结构随着摩擦系数的增加裂纹尖端的等效应力、位移和应力强度因子也相应增加.随裂纹形状a/c变化,当a/B<0.05(定义B为齿轮危险截面的厚度)时前自由面影响起主要作用,当a/B>0.05时后自由面影响起主要作用,均随着比值的增大应力强度因子先增大后减小.

Abstract:Based on elasticity theory,the friction phenomenon of gear meshing process was simulated by using general finite element software ANSYS.The singularity of crack tip was considered,the effect of friction coefficient and crack shape on equivalent stress,displacement and stress intensity factor of the crack tip were analyzed,and the formula of stress intensity factor of gear was revised.The result showed that the equivalent stress,displacement and stress intensity factor of crack tip increased with the frictio...
