| 摘 要： | 国外从实训师资、实训教学、教育经费、制度保障等方面，实现职业教育资源的共享，使职业教育中校企合作的学校、企业和社会共同受益；借鉴国外共享职业教育资源的经验，建议组建职业教育集团，构建职业教育实体，使中国的职业教育真正实现产教结合，资源共享，互利双赢。

| Abstract: | Foreign vocational education can realize the resources sharing through many aspects, such as practical training teachers, practical training teaching, education funds, and system guarantee. It makes school, enterprise and society get common benefit. Using the experience of other countries for reference to share vocational education resources, we should set up vocational education group and construct vocational education entity to realize the combination of industry and teaching in Chinese vocational education. |
