| Abstract: | To the polarized electromagnetic lapping device,the experimental research on calculation of the technological parameters and the magnetic circuit is put forward,and the effect of motion clearance is analyzed.The experimental results show that the polarized electromagnetic lapping device has simple structure and high vibration frequency,and can realize strongly lapping. |
