磁悬液浓度测定新装置的研制

摘    要:本文介绍了互感器法磁悬液浓度测量装置的研制。该装置使用两个互感式传感器,一个放流通磁悬液的玻璃管,一个作补偿用,两者组成变压器电桥的两臂,电桥的另两臂为电阻。并采用经过稳频和稳幅的电源激励电桥。本装置灵敏度高,用于磁粉探伤中各种磁悬液浓度的快速、连续测定。

Abstract:This paper describes an apparatus for measuring the concentration of mag- netic particle suspension liquids. It makes use of two mutualy induced transdu- cers, one of which has a glass tube placed inside of it, and the other is used as a compensator. They form the two arms of a transformer bridge while the other two arms are resistances. A source with both magnitude and frequency stabilized is used ic stimulate the bridge. This apparatus is very sensitive and may be used to determine the concentration of various magnetic particle suspension liquids rapidly and continuously.
