| 摘 要： | 以南京中医药大学图书馆中医药古籍数据库、中医药博硕士学位论文数据库、中医药炮制专题数据库、中医名医数据库的建设实践为例,从领导及团队素质要求、特色资源选题、软件平台、数据加工规范等方面探讨了建设实践中的体会,指出在馆领导带领下,争取以课题立项的形式带动特色资源建设是高校图书馆实现知识中介的有效途径。
