农业高校学报要形成和发展自己的特色，应紧缩农业科研发展前沿，跟踪报道农业研究中的热点、难点及超前性问题，应有较强的地域特色和学校特色；应加强编辑部整体建设，增强战斗力，形成自己的人员结构方阵和办刊模式，为学报特色的出台锻造好熔炉。

On Features of Development of Journal in Agricultural Colleges and Universities

Journals in agricultural colleges and universities should gradually develop their features by keeping close track of the development of agricultural scientific research and reporting the latest progress, difficulties and problems. They should represent their regional and collegiate features, overall construction should be enhanced in the editorial department to improve effectiveness.
