苯基硅橡胶复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘    要:通过阴离子开环聚合的方法合成了二苯基硅橡胶(DPVMQ)与单苯基硅橡胶(MPVMQ),并研究了苯基链节的种类与含量对硅橡胶复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅橡胶分子主链上苯基链节含量的增加,DPVMQ与MPVMQ在硫化过程中的扭矩差均有不同程度的减小,两者的拉伸强度均呈先增大后减小的趋势,但DPVMQ展现了更好的拉伸性能;随着苯基链节含量的增加,DPVMQ与MPVMQ的损耗峰向高温方向移动,其中DPVMQ的损耗峰有效温域更宽,损耗峰对应的温度也更高;DPVMQ与MPVMQ在辐照后的拉伸强度保持率随苯基链节含量升高都大致呈上升的趋势,含有25%摩尔分数苯基链节的DPVMQ在辐照后的拉伸强度保持率达到88.9%。

Abstract:Diphenyl silicone rubber (DPVMQ) and monophenyl silicone rubber (MPVMQ) have been synthesized by an anionic ring-opening polymerization method using tetramethylammonium hydroxide as a catalyst. The effects of varying the type and content of phenyl substituents on the properties of the silicone rubber composites were investigated. The results show that the torque differences in the rubber compounds decrease with increasing phenyl content in the main chain of the silicone rubber, while, the tensile strength of both rubbers initially increases and then decreases. DPVMQ exhibited superior tensile properties to MPVMQ. With increasing phenyl content, the loss peaks of both DPVMQ and MPVMQ move towards higher temperature, but the effective damping temperature range of DPVMQ is wider and the temperature corresponding to the loss peak is higher. The tensile strength retention rate of DPVMQ and MPVMQ after irradiation increased with increasing phenyl content. After irradiation, the tensile strength retention rate of DPVMQ with a phenyl content of 25% was 88.9%.
