基于高灵敏度电化学传感器的有害气体检测系统设计

摘    要:针对低浓度有害气体实时监测的问题,采用高精度电化学气体传感器,设计了用于检测低浓度CO、NO2的环境有害气体检测系统,将卡尔曼滤波与小波滤波相结合对存在噪声的微小信号进行提取,并将嵌入式技术与Web技术相结合构建了实时低浓度CO、NO2的有害气体检测系统。通过研究电化学气体传感器特性,设计了恒电位操作电路和nA级电流检测电路。针对标定过程中存在有害气体污染等问题,设计了更加安全的标定实验。所设计系统实现了10-6级电化学传感器的驱动、检测、信号处理远传和网络查看监控数据等功能,检测系统具有良好的精度和友好的用户界面。

Abstract:In order to overcome difficulties in the real-time monitoring of low concentrations of harmful gases, we have used a high-precision electrochemical gas sensor to design a detection system for environmentally harmful gases and used the device to detect low concentrations of CO and NO2. A Kalman filter and a wavelet filter were combined to extract weak signals from noise. Embedded technology and Web technology were combined to build a real-time harmful-gas detection system. By studying the characteristics of the electrochemical gas sensor, a potentiostatic operation circuit and a nA current detection circuit were designed. Furthermore, in order to tackle the problems of harmful gas pollution during the calibration process, a safer calibration experiment was designed. The system realizes the functions of a 10-6 level electrochemical sensor, detection, signal processing, and data monitoring by means of the network. The detection system has good precision and a user-friendly interface.
