退化产品失效规律分析及其应用

摘    要:针对具有参数漂移特征的产品,推导了性能指标退化模型的失效率函数,从理论推导和定性分析两个角度对退化模型的失效率函数进行了深入分析,研究结果表明,退化产品失效率与Gamma型产品具有一定的相似性,能够使用冲击理论直接解释退化产品失效问题。进一步,给出了Gamma分布的参数确定方法,从而可以利用常见寿命分布制定退化产品维修策略。最后通过对液力耦合器的测量数据进行分析,说明所提方法的合理性。

Abstract:For the products with parameters digression feature, the failure rate function of the degradation model for the performance indicators is deduced. The failure rate function of the degradation model is analyzed from the point of theoretical derivation and qualitative analysis. The results show that it has a certain similarity between the failure rate of degradation products and Gamma products and the failure problems of degradation products can be explained directly by using the impact theory. Then the approach to define the parameters of the Gamma distribution is presented. The maintenance policy of degradation products can be made by using common life distribution. Finally, hydraulic coupler data are analyzed and the result demonstrates that this method is reasonable.
