摘    要:对凤丹牡丹花瓣化学成分进行深入研究,运用高效液相色谱方法进行分离纯化,运用1H NMR、13C NMR和MS波谱学数据鉴定其结构。结果得到2个没食子酸鞣质类化合物,分别为1-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose(1)和1,2,3,4,6-Trigalloyl-β-D-glucose(2),以及一个黄酮类化合物kaempferol-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)。化合物1~3均首次从凤丹牡丹花中分离得到,化合物1~2也是首次从凤丹牡丹花中分离得到鞣质类化合物。

Abstract:In this paper, the chemical constituents from the flower petals of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. cv. Fengdan were thoroughly studied, which were isolated and purified by HPLC, and identified by 1H NMR、13C NMR and MS. Two gallotannins both 1-O-galloyl- β-D-glucose (1) and 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 Trigalloyl- β-D-glucose (2), as well as a flavonoid kaempferol-3,7-di-O- β-D-glucopyranoside (3) were isolated from the flower petals of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. cv. Fengdan by HPLC methods. Compounds 1~3 were all obtained from the flowers of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. cv. Fengdan for the first time, and Compounds 1~2 were also the tannins obtained from this genus for the first time.
