摘    要:针对指挥控制组织设计中决策实体的配置问题,提出了在知识约束条件下该问题的数学模型及其求解方法。分析了该问题的约束条件,包括该问题的知识约束、隶属约束、能力属性约束等,建立了以最小化决策实体工作负载均方根为目标的优化模型,提出了基于遗传算法的模型求解算法,设计了针对问题模型的染色体编码方式、适应度函数以及遗传算子。最后结合联合作战仿真算例中一个任务与平台关系的设计方案,验证了所提方法的可行性和稳定性。

Abstract:To solve the configuration problem of the decision-making entity in command and control organization design, the mathematical model and its solving method of this problem under the condition of knowledge constraint are presented. The constraints of this problem, include the knowledge constraint, subjection constraint and capacity attribute constraint are analyzed. The problem mathematical model with the workload of all decision-making entity root mean square minimization is established. Then the genetic algorithm to solve this mathematical model is designed, including the chromosome encoding, the fitness function and the genetic operator. Finally, the feasibility and stability of the proposed method are verified by the design scheme of the relationship between a task and a platform in the joint operation simulation example.
