摘    要:针对干扰事件导致鲜活农产品冷链物流配送难以顺利实施这一难题,以生成扰动最小的调整方案为突破口,运用干扰管理思想,结合行为科学中行为感知的研究方法与运筹学中定量优化的研究手段,分析干扰事件对生产商、客户和物流配送运营商三个行为主体的影响,创建鲜活农产品冷链物流配送的干扰管理模型,并采用改进的蚁群算法——混合蚁群算法进行求解.算例结果表明:与重调度方法相比,本文方法能够综合考虑多个主体的利益,生成使系统扰动更小的调整方案.

Abstract:It is difficult to continue with the original plan when the disruption occurs in cold chain delivery of fresh agricultural products. Based on disruption management, this research aims to improve the science of the decision making in cold chain delivery by combining the method of behavioral perception in behavioral science with the method of quantitative optimization in operations research. By analyzing the effects of disruption on the manufacturer, customer, and logistics enterprise, the disruption management model for cold chain delivery of fresh agricultural products is formed and an improved ant colony optimization is demonstrated. The computational results prove that, due to the tradeoff between all participators involved in cold chain delivery, our approach is more effective than the existing rescheduling.
