组合转子技术综合性能评价方法的研究

摘    要:在综合性能评价(PEC)因子的基础上,综合考虑了安装组合转子后换热管水力直径及流通截面积的变化,并引入柏拉修斯公式及迪特斯和贝尔特关联式,建立了适用于组合转子技术的综合性能评价因子η。分别用η和PEC因子对实验数据进行了处理,验证了新评价因子η的可行性及合理性。

Abstract:On the basis of performance evaluation criteria (PEC), a comprehensive performance evaluation factor η suitable for combined rotors has been established by taking into account the variation in hydraulic diameter and flow cross-section area of a reinforced pipe with combined rotors. The experimental data were processed with PEC factor η and the feasibility and rationality of the new evaluation factor were proved.
