| 摘 要： | 在一定条件下，用Sol-gel法在Si(110)和玻璃基上制备了LiNbO3薄膜，并对薄膜进行了IR和XRD表征，结果表明，生成的LiNbO3为多晶。

| Abstract: | The LiNbO 3 thin films were fabricated on Si(110) and glass substrates by sol gel processes in certain conditions, and were characterized by IR and XRD, the results were that the obtained LiNbO 3 thin films were polycrystals. |
