放电等离子体用催化剂结构设计中的电场分析

摘    要:计算了电场中单组分和双层组分球形催化剂上电场的分布,结果表明:对单组分催化剂,为提高催化剂中场强,应减小其介电常数;对双层组分催化剂,为提高外层中场强,应提高内层载体介电常数,同时减小外层介电常数。对上述两种情况,为兼顾球表面场强,介电常数存在合理值。

Abstract:The electric field distribution of single compound and two layer catalyst pellet in the electric field are computed. The results show that for single compound catalyst, the dielectric constant of catalyst pellet is decreased to make electric field in it more intensive. For two layer catalyst, dielectric constant of inner layer is raised and dielectric constant of outer layer is decreased to make electric field in outer layer stronger. If electric field on the surface of catalyst pellet is required, there will be the most suitable dielectric constant for catalyst.
