摘    要:本文以北京市密云县气象观测场为研究对象,关注其观测环境保护范围内新增建筑对观测环境的影响。首先对该区域观测环境进行分析,采用统计分析和城市小区尺度模式,得到了该区域相关气象要素(风)变化的结论。其结论如下:(1)1959~2013年间,密云气象观测环境55年来的变化还是比较明显,其观测环境总体处于不断恶化的状态。(2)从流场来看,冬季医院对观测场区域比夏季有较为明显的影响,且影响范围也比夏季要大。(3)从风场来看,冬季小风时,观测场在有医院比没有时,其区域的风速升高了8%;夏季小风时,其降低了10%;冬季大风时,其降低了9%;夏季大风时,其升高了8%。总体上医院对观测场的影响基本保持在9%左右。

Abstract:In this paper, Miyun County, Beijing meteorological observation field for the study, observing environmental concerns within the scope of its new building on the observation environment. First observation environment in the region were analyzed using statistical analysis and urban district scale models, has been related to the area of meteorological elements (wind) change the conclusions. Its conclusions are as follows: (1) from 1993 to 2012, the Miyun meteorological observation environment changes in the past 20 years is quite obvious, and its overall environment in observing the deteriorating state. (2) from the flow field of view, the hospital for observation field area in winter than in summer have a more significant impact, and the impact is larger than the summer range. (3) from the wind field of view, winter, small wind, the observation field where hospitals are better than no time, its regional wind speed increased by 8%; summer small wind, it reduced by 10%; winter winds, its lower 9%; summer winds, it increased by 8%. In winter, the wind speed from small to large, the hospital is to continuously make the observation field area of the wind decreases, summer, wind from small to large, the hospital is to continuously make the observation field area of wind speed increased.
