摘    要:油气场所维修作业隔离防护系统是油气场所进行维修作业的一种重要隔离防护手段,对该系统的排除作业点可燃性气体和焊接作业所产生焊烟的能力进行了试验测试,并分析了内部可燃性气体和焊烟浓度空间分布状况,测试了不同泄露强度下系统排气可燃性气体浓度和不同供风强度下系统排气焊烟浓度。结果表明,可燃性气体泄露强度小于2 L/min时系统内作业是安全的,内部可燃性气体浓度分布主要受气流和泄露点影响,聚集于泄露点附近;现有供风强度下能将电焊焊烟有效排除,但焊接点附近焊烟浓度较为聚集,需进一步加强局部排风。

Ventilation performance experimental research on the protective isolation system of oil and gas workplace operation
Abstract:The protective isolation system of oil and gas workplace operation is an important means of isolated protection to operate the oil and gas maintenance of workplace, the article point at the pilot testing of the ability of the smoke output at workplace generated by the combustible gas and the welding operation, and analyze the spatial distribution of the internal concentration of combustible gases, test the concentrations of different leak intensities for flammable gas exhausted and the concentrations of different intensities of the discharge for welding smoke. The results show that it is safe to work in the system when the intensity of the combustible gas leak is less than 2L/min job, the distribution of internal gas concentration is mainly affected by the air flow and leak positions, usually gathered at the leak point; with the current wind providing strength, the weld smoke can be effectively removed, but the concentration of welding points are more clustered near the welding point, which needs to improve part exhausting.
