摘    要:研究设置有救生舱的井下巷道中瓦斯爆炸的TNT当量,冲击波的传播特性,以及对舱体的冲击载荷。利用显式动力学分析软件LS-Dyna,通过一点多物质ALE流固耦合算法模拟得到爆炸冲击波的传播过程。当冲击波由救生舱前端传至后端并衰减至其峰值载荷的10%时,确定了舱体所受载荷达到规范要求时瓦斯的TNT当量;并得到了舱体各部位的实际载荷曲线,为计算救生舱抗冲击动态响应时载荷施加以及优化设计提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to study the TNT equivalent and the characteristics of shock wave propagation, which exist in the gas explosion of underworkings with a rescue capsule, as well as determines the impact load on the rescue capsule. It has simulated blast wave spreading process by using one-point multi-material ALE fluid-structure interaction algorithm of LS-Dyna. When the blast wave propagates from rescue capsule front to back and decays to 10% of peak load, which obtaining the TNT equivalent of gas and the actual load curve of capsule structure anti-blast analysis. This rusult provides a theory for research of load applied when calculating capsule anti-blast performance and a basis for designing capsule reasonably.
