摘    要:利用直接数字频率合成器芯片AD9959设计了一种相位差可调节的多通道正弦信号发生器。系统设计以直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术为核心,采用USB2.0控制器CY7C68013实现整个系统的控制。通过对系统硬件和软件分析,搭建了系统实验电路。实验结果表明,信号源产生的输出信号频率稳定,频率切换速度快,可实现任意两个通道间设定的相位差恒定输出,四通道信号源均能对频率、幅度和相位等指标独立调节。

Abstract:A design of phase tunable multi-channel sinusoidal signal generator based on AD9959 was presented. The whole design is based on direct digital frequency synthesis (DDS) technology, and the signal generator is controlled by CY7C68013 based on USB2.0. The system hardware and software was analyzed and the experimental circuit was set up. Experimental results showed that the frequency of the output signal is stable and frequency switching speed is fast. The source signal can realize that the phase difference constant output between any two channels. And the four channels of signal source all can adjust the index of frequency, amplitude and phase independently .
