| 摘 要： | 上海许多优秀的历史建筑由于年久失修,构件损坏严重,承载力严重不足,有些还经历改建、扩建、新建,结构体系混乱,建筑存在很多安全隐患。对上海近代历史建筑中结构安全存在的主要问题和损坏后的加固方法进行了总结,并以上海几处优秀历史建筑为例,介绍了其损害情况,为今后优秀历史建筑的修缮加固提供参考。
