灼热桥式火工品桥温的数值模拟

摘    要:用Runge-Kutta法求解桥丝升温方程,用C语言进行程序设计,数值模拟了电容起爆时不同散热系数、桥丝热容、电桥结构对桥温的影响,得到了相应的温升曲线,并与实验结果进行对比,说明其计算方法的可行性,为桥式火工品的计算机优化设计提供了一种方法.

Abstract:The initation characteristics of bridge wire are simulated by solving the electro-thermal equation with Runge-Kutta method in C language. The influence effects on the bridge wire temperature are discussed including heat dissipation, current strength, bridge the length, construction and heat capacity both in initiation by capaditor discharge and constant current. The reliability is clemenstrated by the comparison of bridge temperature curves between simultion and experimentation. A new method is provided for the computer optimized design of the bridge the initiators.
