| 摘 要： | 测量结果的不确定度是测量系统测量质量的重要指标，按照不确定度的数学表示方法。本文提出了测量系统不确定度的评定方法，并阐明了测量系统对测量参量进行直接测量和间接测量时，系统总不确定度的计算方法。
