摘    要:探索测定鱼肉中有机氯的快速、准确和价廉的方法。采用微波萃取技术提取鱼肉中的六六六、滴滴涕,再利用毛细管气相色谱分离,微电子捕获检测器检测。8种有机氯农药回收率在89.3%-104.2%之间,相对标准偏差均小于10%。说明准确度与精密度较好,符合农药残留量分析的基本要求。探索了各成分在不同食性鱼肉中的含量特征,结果显示:肉食性鱼类杂食性鱼类草食性鱼类。可见,有机氯农药随着食物链在生物体内富集。

Abstract:The aim was to explore the quick,exact and cheap method for detection on fish.The organic chlorinated pesticides(HCHs and DDTs) in fish were extracted by microwave extraction and analyzed by capillary GC with μECD.The extraction recovery was 89.3%-104.2%,and RSD was less than 10%.Accuracy and precision which were better accorded to the requirements of analysis of pesticide residues.Explored the content characteristics of organochlorine in kinds of fish.The results showed that:flesh-eat fish>omnivorous fish>herbivorous fish.Obviously,organochlorine pesticides enriched in the organisms body with the food chain.
