氧化铅移动床煅烧试验研究及传热模型

摘    要:本文用试验方法在一个内径φ0.25 m,床高2.4 m的移动床中进行颗粒氧化铅高温深度氧化煅烧,研究了煅烧温度、物料停留时间对产品质量的影响以及床内温度分布,取得了适宜的运行参数。试验结果表明,产品纯度可达99.7%左右,节能70%以上。本文还建立了移动床二维拟均相气-固传热模型,模型计算结果和试验数据相符,将模型用于放大设计生产装置,效果良好,运行正常,各项指标均达到设计要求。

Abstract:The experiments of deeply oxygenating roasting of lead oxide (litharge) particles at high temperature were conducted in a moving bed with 0. 25m I. D. and 2. 4m in height. The effects of roasting temperature and particle residence time on the product quality and the bed temperature profiles were investigated. The optimum operation conditions for high quality and low cost were determined. A two-dimensional mathematical model for heat transfer between gas and solid in the moving bed was developed. The experimental results show that product purity reaches up to 99.7% and meets the national standard. The calculated results are in good agreement with experimental data. The model has been used in the design of industrial equipment. The equipment has been put into operation successfully.
