摘    要:用化学法 ,以含AsO-2 催化剂的Na2 CO3-NaHCO3 缓冲溶液吸收空气中的少量CO2 来测定塔内催化剂床层中气液呈逆流流动时的气液有效比表面积 ,用Danckwerts的表面更新模型进行数据处理 .

Abstract:Effective interfacial area is an important parameter in the simulation of catalytic distillation process by using the nonequilibrium stage rate model. Under gas and liquid flowing countercurrently through the catalyst bed within a distillation column, the effective interfacial area was measured by a chemical method in which CO 2 in the air was analyzed by Na 2CO 3-NaHCO 3 buffer solution with AsO 2-as catalyst. The surface renewal theory proposed by Danckwerts was applied satisfactorily for data processing.
