| Abstract: | This paper introduces a derivation of the rules of periselectivity of annulenes and polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons in pericyclic reaction from GPT equation by means of symmetrically divided molecules.This method can be con veniently used to resolve the problems in pericyclic reaction. |
