摘    要:对 0Cr13Al 2 0R复合板实际生产中的对接接头性能进行了系统的试验 ,采用电镜等手段就其焊接接头的界面微观组织进行了分析研究 ,探讨了焊接工艺规范与组织、性能之间的关系。试验结果表明 ,本试验所采用的焊接材料和工艺规范可获得性能良好的对接接头 ,焊接接头各个界面上微观组织结构正常

Abstract:On the basis of the practical production,the butt welding joint performances of 0Cr13Al/20R composite plate are tested systematically. By means of the electron microscope,the boundary microscopic structure of the welding joint is studied.Meanwhile,the relationship between the norm of welding techniqe and the structure and the performance is investigated.The experimental results show,under this test condition of the welding material and technology,the butt welding joint performance is well and the boundary microscopic structure is normal.
