| 摘 要： | 声乐教师职业能力是从事声乐教学的教师职业所必须具备的教育教学能力。具体到其构成要素而言,它包括专业技术能力、教育教学能力和职业道德素质。扎实的专业技术能力是构成声乐教师职业能力的基石,高超的教育教学能力是构成声乐教师职业能力的关键,崇高的职业道德素质是构成声乐教师职业能力的保障,三者不可偏废,缺一不可。

| Abstract: | The vocal tutors＇ professional ability is the instucting and teaching ability of the vocal tutors.The factors include professional skills,pedagogy skill,and morality.The foundation of the professional skills is singing skills.The key of the professional skills is teaching skills.The guarantee of the professional skills is noble-minded moral behaviors.The three factors are equally important,and each factor can not be deleted as a whole. |
