基于自适应小波基和Smoothed-l0的压缩感知图像重构算法

摘    要:使用压缩感知进行图像重构的意义在于能显著减少采样次数,节约系统资源。从提高图像重构质量和算法执行速度角度出发,在已有的算法基础上加以改进,提出了基于自适应小波基和Smoothed-l0的图像重构算法(AWSL0),即根据测量矩阵行向量的个数,自适应地选择合适的小波基进行图像稀疏化,并使用Smoothed-l0算法进行图像重构。仿真结果表明,该算法在图像重构质量上和执行速度上都比原算法有较大的提升,且在鲁棒性上也有明显的改善。

Abstract:Using compressed sensing algorithm for image reconstruction can significantly reduce the times of sampling and the save system resources.This paper presents a new image reconstruction algorithm based on adaptive wavelet and Smoothed-l0(AWSL0),in order to increase the quality of reconfiguration and execution speed.Thes wavelet basis were adaptively selected for image sparse in the algorithm incording to the number of row vectors in the measurement matrix,and the Smoothed-l0 algorithm was used for image reconstruction.The simulation results show that thealgorithm significantly improves the execution speed and the quality and robustnesss of the reconstructed image.
