论新形势下高校辅导员工作质量的提高

近年来,高校辅导员作为教育者和管理者的双重身份在教师队伍中凸显出来,成为大学生思想政治教育和日常管理的主体力量,然而其工作质量不容乐观。通过对制约高校辅导员工作质量的因素分析,加强职业化、专业化培养,提升辅导员个人魅力,创新辅导员工作方式应是提高辅导员工作质量的有效途径。

On Improving the Work Quality of College Counselors under New Circumstances

In recent years,college counselors,who work as both educators and managers,have become outstanding among all the teachers.While they are the main force for the ideological and political education and daily management for university students,their work quality is not considerable or optimistic.Improving the work quality of college counselors is necessary and we bring up many effective ways,such as analyzing the factors which restrict the quality of their work,intensifying professional and specialization training,promoting individual charm of college counselors,and innovating their working manners and ways.
