| 摘 要： | 法律文本是一种特殊的工具性语言,在词汇用语、句法结构以及文体风格上具有鲜明的特点。由于法律英语具有准确性、严肃性、复杂性等文体特点,使得法律英语的翻译工作也极具专业性。因此,有必要以其独有特征为切入点,对法律文本的中西互译进行分析,以增强译者对原文的理解能力以及提高自身的翻译水平。

| Abstract: | Legal text is a special tool language.With its unique style,it has distinct characteristics in its vocabulary,sentence structures and styles.Due to the peculiarities of legal English,such as veracity,solemnity and complexity,all make the translation of legal texts to be professional.This paper makes a shallow analysis to the translation of legal texts between English and Chinese languages in terms of the following three aspects： lexical features,syntactic features and stylistic features of legal texts,respectively,with aim to improve the translators＇ comprehensive abilities towards the original texts and thus to enhance their own translation level. |
