杨树转化燃料乙醇的H2SO4预处理效果研究

摘    要:采用H2SO4对不同种杨树进行预处理,探讨经过处理后不同品种杨树的纤维素、半纤维素、木质素等木质特征的含量变化情况.结果表明,木质纤维素原料预处理是木质纤维素转化过程中重要的一个环节,H2SO4处理后的杨树木屑样品中的纤维素含量明显增加,半纤维素含量则减少.可以缩短微生物转化的时间,减少纤维素酶的用量并提高乙醇的产率.

Abstract:The content changes in cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin of five different species of poplar were studied after H2SO4 pretreatment.Results showed that after H2SO4 pretreatment of poplar wood samples,the cellulose content increased significantly,but lignin content reduced.The pretreatment of lignocellulosic material is an important aspect of lignocellulosic transforming process;it can shorten the time of micro-organism conversion,reduce the amount of cellulase and improve the yield of ethanol.
