摘    要:高职院校“双师型“教师应在广博科学文化知识的基础上,精通两门以上的专业知识,尤其是具有多方面的技术知识,逐渐形成一种“∏“型知识结构。各种知识融合互补,不断提升操作技能,增强工作的适应性和创造性。

Abstract:In higher vocational colleges, "teachers with double qualifications"should be proficient in more than two expertise on the basis of broad cultural knowledge, and in particular be of many technical knowledge, gradually forming a "II"shape of the knowledge structure. Thus they can get complementary knowledge,upgraded operations skill, enhanced adaptability and creativity.
