| 摘 要： | 胫腓骨由于其在小腿所处的位置、功能及血循环的特殊性，导致了该部位骨折难以愈合。为探讨胫腓骨骨折在临床的有效治疗方法，经过４８例胫腓骨中下１／３骨折病人采取手法复位、夹板外固定牵引、中西医结合保守治疗取得满意疗效。分析表明：该方法治疗胫腓骨中下１／３骨折，只要熟悉解剖，手法适中，对闭合性及开放性骨折都能起到愈合快疗程短、功能恢复好、合并症少的作用。保守治疗平均治愈时间比手术治疗缩短１１周，达到了经济

| Abstract: | because of the speciality of the position, function and bloodcirculation, tibial and fibula fractureare are hard to heal. To research the ideal treatment of tibial and fibula fractrue, We use technique recovery, fracture board fix, combination of medicine and Chinese medicine to treat tibial and fibula fractrue in 48 cases, and have a sucessful treatment effect. The clinical analysis express: to heal tibial and fibula fractrue by this way, We all should have had a fastening fractures healing, shorter healing time, lower postoperative complications and a better function recovery, if we had familiaritied with anatomy, technique middlely. The average healing time were shorter than surgery for 11 weeks. Indeed it is a economical and ideal treatment. |
